Thomas Drive Resurfacing

Design-build project for Bay County which included the resurfacing of 3.1 miles of Thomas Drive, storm and utility pipe repair, pedestrian facility upgrades and paving of the existing parking lot at Richard Selzer Park. The project cope included the design of pavement and utility rehabilitation, sidewalk and bus stop improvements, and layout of the new parking lot at Richard Selzer Park. Construction phase support included the design of a multi-phase maintenance of traffic plan to maintain vehicular access throughout the project area during construction.
