Mowat Middle School Parking Lot

Bay District Schools contracted with Panhandle Engineering to design and permit a new staff parking lot at the existing Mowat Middle School campus in Lynn Haven, FL. The project scope included the conversion of an old gravel overflow parking area into a formal, asphalt paved parking lot. Panhandle Engineering was responsible for the design and permitting of the parking lot as well as the associated stormwater management improvements to the school’s existing infrastructure. The project added approximately 112 new parking spaces to the campus for staff parking.
