Hodges Bayou Plantation Phase I

Panhandle Engineering provided civil engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for this 91-lot subdivision located on the shoreline of Hodges Bayou. This was the first phase of a multi-phase residential development in which Panhandle Engineering continues to provide services for design, permitting, and construction.
