This project included the emergency replacement of a roadway section and two 96” diameter corrugated metal pipe culverts that were destroyed by unprecedented stormwater flows created by Hurricane Sally in October of 2020. Panhandle Engineering was responsible for civil engineering for this high priority project for the City of Panama City. Construction included the replacement of the roadway section, underground utilities, and the replacement of the storm pipes with double 8’x8’ concrete box culverts.
