Andrews Park

Panhandle Engineering was responsible for design, permitting, and construction administration for this 84-lot single family subdivision in the City of Lynn Haven. Project challenges included extensive wetlands and tributaries that traversed the property as well as establishment of the base flood elevation of the creek that runs along the west property boundary.
