This Dungan & Nequette designed master planned community lies along the northern shoreline of East Bay in eastern Bay County. Approximately 900 residential units and 14.2 acres of internal sustainable commercial uses are included within this Planned Unit Development (PUD).
A focal point of this project is the conversion of an existing upland open-cut basin into a 68-slip marina, dry boat storage, and a pedestrian-oriented commercial uses around the marina basin.
The pre-existing basin has been expanded to accommodate the proposed 4-acre marina configuration and includes an established maintained channel into East Bay. With undeveloped woodlands and the Gulf of Mexico lying to the south, this project provides for a unique blend of water use, access, and views.
Public utilities are provided from the City of Callaway and serve a complete onsite water distribution and sanitary collection system.
